Role Descriptions:
Primary: Schedule service, cancel monitoring/suspend monitoring, add/delete users, update information, request account information, and approve proposals.
Admin: Schedule service, approve proposals for new work, add/delete users for account, update information within account, request account information, change monitoring and subscription options.
End-User: Tech's site contact, able to receive limited remote tech support.
