I was extremely pleased with my recent customer service from [Removed Name] and [Removed Name] for an inspection and testing of my security system. I was scheduled for an 11 or 11:30am appointment but was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from [Removed Name] at 9:20am asking if I would be interested in moving my appointment up to 10am. I was given the option to keep the regularly scheduled time, but this change worked well for me.
Knowing that I have pets in my home, both technicians were careful when entering and exiting my home so that my pets didn't bolt out the door. They also commented that the would keep the alarm noise to a minimum to avoid scaring my pets. They also explained what they were doing throughout their visit and answered the questions that I had. Because some of the components of my system are older and may need replacing in the future, they insured that everything is working fine but reinforced that should anything change, I should not hesitate to contact Martin Security.
