At Martin Systems, we are committed to strengthening the relationship between our customers and ourselves.  We have heard your feedback and have launched a self-service payment portal.  Our online payment platform is not only secure but offers customers a more advanced, flexible and comprehensive bill-management experience.

You’ll now have many options to pay your invoice including credit card, debit card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.  We will also continue to maintain the ability to manually process via phone calls should the need arise.

No, you will continue to receive invoices via email as normal if we have a valid email associated with your account. Invoices will now include a link to our online payment portal for a more convenient way to pay your bill. If you are not able to pay through our online portal customers can still make payments by regular mail or phone.
You do not need to resister for an account, but can if you would like to schedule or manage your payments.
Yes. If you are required to pay a deposit and it comes as an invoice it can be paid through Paymentus. Any invoice issued by Martin Systems can be paid through the portal.
Any invoice from Martin Systems can be paid using the online payment portal.
Yes. You will just need to set up an account and select auto payments.
You will still receive your invoice the same way with a link included for online payment. All customers receive digital invoices if we have a valid email on record. If we do not we’ll mail your invoice. All invoices no matter how you receive them including past due invoices can be paid through our online portal.
If we have a valid email address for your account we will sending invoices electronically through email. If you still need a paper invoice please call our office. All invoices can be paid through our online portal.
When paying with credit card there will be a small service fee.
Our online payment portal is managed by a third party company named Paymentus. It is a secure platform for handling bill payments. They use strong encryption protocols (HTTPS) to protect your data during transactions, ensuring sensitive data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Paymentus complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and undergoes regular security audits to maintain high standards of security. Having been in business for over 20 years and being a publicly traded company, Paymentus has established trust and transparency. They are trusted by a wide range of industries for electronic billing and payment solutions.

Accepted Payment Methods & Processing Fees:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover):
    • Processing Fee: 2.95%
  • Digital Wallets (PayPal, Paypal Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo):
    • Processing Fee: 2.95%
  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover):
    • Processing Fee: No fee
  • eCheck/ACH Transfers:
    • Processing Fee: No fee
  • Customers can set up autopay for recurring payments by calling our Payments Department and making a request at 920-920-7188.
  • Benefit: When autopay is activated for recurring payments, all processing fees are waived.

Before confirming a payment, customers will be able to view the dollar amount of the processing fee and the total charge of the transaction.

The processing fee is applied at the time of transaction unless autopay is active.
