Hardware installation went well, however there was an error in the initial programming that didn't get corrected for 4 days.

Installer had problems converting our old system to Martin's new one. Had hoped to be able to use our cell phone with the system, but we live in the country and couldn't get the new system to work with my cell. The new system works fine and we are happy with it. They made three trips here to complete the deal and we very much appreciate their effort.

The installation team was very friendly. The install took longer than we expected and the training session was a bit rushed and I didn't feel like I could ask all my questions. Once they were done they seemed in a hurry to leave. Also we had to do cleanup especially near the main alarm.
Salesman was great and I would highly recommend [Removed Name]. He is very detail oriented, explained things well, and did a thorough inspection of all entry points
