The whole experience happened quickly and efficiently. The only comment we have is we questioned an item on our first invoice which was investigated and quickly resolved.

[Removed Name] followed up on the appointment confirmation and [Removed Name] was the installer who did an excellent job. He went over and above to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly. I was very satisfied with the work completed and the explanation of the system. Everyone we worked with at Martin Security was very professional and informative. We always knew what was going on, from what we needed in our home, to the ordering of our equipment and installation and training of the system. The installation guys were excellent!
