On Friday, February 24, Martin Security dispatched their technician Ray to our house to determine why our Ring stopped working. He found that our unit was no longer getting power. He and my husband tried to find the power supply that was installed for the original doorbell, but ours is a prefab house with no attic or crawl space. I am so glad he was determined to give the service needed so that Ring would operate again.
