The salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant. That part of the process was excellent.

The installation was complicated and took a rather lengthy time. I was not able to be here, but I left three other members of my staff. The installers were polite and diligent.

We called, I believe the following week, and questioned how to upload any captured video (if necessary) for the police department. There was something about saving to a USB stick, but that didn't seem to work. We weren't given a definitive answer that works.

I called last week because I was notified that a package was delivered into an area covered by one of the cameras, one month prior to being notified. It was missing. We went back on October 11, to check the video from September 11. The video only went back to September 19. We called and asked about this and a gentleman told us this was the way it was, because we had 24/7 (and not motion-activated) recording and it just started overwriting at some point. Evidently he queried one of your technicians because you immediately (thank you) sent out a service tech, who corrected the way something was installed that was not done correctly the first time around. I appreciate his honesty and your efforts in getting things corrected. We did receive a credit for the packages that were either stolen or not delivered in the first place so we were not harmed financially.
